Through our website, you can subscribe to our newsletter. In this newsletter, we inform you via email about information, news, and developments in the field of medical imaging technology, as well as keep you updated on Tromp Medical’s products and services.

Job Applications

If you have applied for one of our vacancies or submitted an open application, we process your personal data to consider your application.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Cover letter
  • References
  • Any additional information you provide with your application

We use this data to prepare for potentially entering into an employment agreement. If you do not join Tromp Medical after the application process, we do not retain the application data for longer than 6 weeks after the end of the procedure. This allows us to contact you if the previous candidate is found unsuitable later on. If we cannot offer you a position at this time, we may retain your application data for up to one year after the end of the application process with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email. If you join us, we retain your application data in the personnel file.

If we require assistance from external HR consultants regarding your application, we may forward your data to them. We may also forward your application to other Tromp Medical affiliated companies if your application is relevant to them.

When can we share your personal data with third parties?

Tromp Medical shares your data with third parties only when permitted by current legislation. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:

  • We have engaged them to process certain data;
  • It is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you;
  • You have given consent;
  • We have a legitimate interest;
  • We are legally obligated to do so (e.g., if demanded by the police in suspicion of a crime).

reCAPTCHA

We use reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse of our consent form. By confirming that you are not a robot, the following is checked:

  • How quickly the form is filled in
  • Mouse movements made during filling
  • The IP address of the person filling in the form

These data are analyzed by Google LLC to determine whether they are dealing with a legitimate visitor or a bot. A real visitor only needs to click a checkbox to confirm they are not a robot.
